Born and raised in Bergen County, I have always had a passion for learning. I am currently student teaching in a 1st Grade classroom at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Wyckoff, NJ. I will be graduating from Ramapo College in May 2023 with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education & Teaching. In addition, I am enrolled in Ramapo College's 4+1 Masters of Arts in Special Education Program. I am dedicated to professional growth and learning dynamic ways to deliver instruction to students. I offer experience working with students across diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. I have developed and implemented lessons in my fieldwork experiences that encourage collaborative thinking, risk-taking, and open-ended responses. I believe a classroom is a community, and I am passionate about instilling a growth mindset in my students, and fostering a learning community where every student's uniqueness and individual assets are celebrated.
